*Doesn't substitute detailing or specialty cleaning.* Some cars are dirtier and require more attention to be brought to an acceptable condition. Bird poop, dirt, mud, dust (from sitting), tree sap, tree leaves, bug splatter from a road trip, an interior that needs a little extra vacuuming, cup holder cleaning, trash emptied from the car, and many other issues (may not be listed). Detailing may be necessary to address some concerns, but this doesn't substitute for detailing or specialty cleaning.
